At Atlantis B.V., safety and environmental responsibility are fundamental to our operations. Our activities are conducted in full compliance with the highest industrial, fire, and occupational safety standards of the Netherlands, the United States (where applicable), and relevant international regulatory bodies.

We have implemented a comprehensive system of preventive measures designed to identify, control, and mitigate operational risks. Fire Safety Management

To ensure strict compliance with fire safety regulations, Atlantis B.V. has established a dedicated Fire Safety Department responsible for developing and enforcing internal fire protection policies covering:

  • Operational processes
  • Terminal grounds and facilities
  • Storage tanks and equipment
  • Administrative buildings

All employees are required to complete mandatory fire safety training before commencing work. Training programs, conducted by qualified fire safety specialists and departmental supervisors, include safety briefings, emergency response procedures, and foundational fire prevention courses.

Occupational Health & Safety

Atlantis B.V. continuously enhances its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System to meet evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Our management has developed and implemented comprehensive Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Management procedures to proactively address workplace hazards that could impact employee health and safety.

Our occupational safety policy aligns with national labor regulations and internationally recognized safety standards. Through structured risk assessments, continuous monitoring, employee training, and operational audits, we ensure a safe and compliant working environment across all our facilities.

Environmental Responsibility
